Hypothetical
- I am a supplier and I want to:
- Install another dealer within 10 miles of a current dealer, or
- Sell direct, or
- Impose a profit pass-over policy, or
- Take away exclusive territories from a dealer, or
- Impose higher quotas, or
- Clarify that the “best efforts” provision means that a dealer cannot carry competing products without my permission, etc.
- Do I need “good cause” to make any of these changes?
