Indiana – Expanding “Motor Vehicle” Definition 2020 Indiana H.B. 1246; introduced January 13, 2020. Expands the definition of “motor vehicle” in IC 9-13-2-105(c), for purposes of IC 9-32 (the motor vehicle dealer relationship laws and dealer licensing laws), to include “an off-road vehicle, a snowmobile, a mini-truck, a manufactured home.” The bill also clarifies distinctions between a “used motor vehicle dealer” and a “new motor vehicle dealer” throughout IC 9-32. http://iga.in.gov/legislative/2020/bills/house/1246
