I.               Territorial Reach of Trademark Rights

A.             Trademark Rights are National Rights

1.             Latin America consists of more than 20 countries encompassing entire continent of South America in addition to Mexico, Central America, and the islands of the Caribbean

(a)           South America:  Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela

(b)           North and Central America:  Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama [Puerto Rico]

(c)           Caribbean:  Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti
