A. Gather and review all relevant documents, printed and electronic, regarding the relationship; make sure the files of all persons potentially having relevant information are searched.

3. Field and in-house sales reports
4. Performance evaluations
5. Sales data, including comparisons with other dealers, and regional and national comparisons
6. Credit reports and analyses, dealer account status
7. Correspondence (including texts, Facebook messages, etc.)
8. E-mail and attachments
9. Notes of telephone conversations and meetings
