HB 3105. Relates to motor vehicles; relates to necessity for regulation; modifies legislative findings to include the regulation of the sale of powersport vehicles; relates to definitions; modifies definitions. Adds “powersports vehicles” to the motor vehicle dealer law in full. Will result in Powersports Vehicles subject to MVDLs. Effectively takes every reference to “motor vehicle” and amends to say “motor vehicle or powersports vehicle.”
